Yes, cancer and more. Of course this does not happen after smoking a month, or a year, but in years. Cigarettes are an addiction, a drug and should be treated as such. It seems generally in poor countries smoking reaches fever pitch. But people all over the world are attracted to tobacco. Tobacco is considered a pleasure, an escape, something different. Although widely smoking propaganda is all done, things move very slowly. And while people are dying everyday because of smoking seems to not care any smoker.
