The best science fiction for television, the film brings into question notions besides SF many educational , real events or real limit, which combines the impossible with possible and raise physical theory which just is written on paper: Stargates SG1.
Stargates SG1 delight us since the first episode of the first season, and holds us close episode by episode, managed to endear us to the main characters. Characters have charm, they seem to be born for this movie.
And I would call that a 2nd place in Best SF of all time: Doctor Who.
