Summer salad with tomatoes
Wash and cut onions sliced, grated or so. Wash and cut tomatoes into slices or cubes, as well as cucumbers and place them in a bowl bigger. Mix and add salt and oil to taste. Allow to cool and use as a garnish or as such.
An option is also to used pepper, vinegar, thyme, dill, etc..
