What is the healthiest and cheapest food?

Many people look for cheap and good food. People especially in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa .. Only a few people in the world live a luxurious life, eating what they want and when they want.
Such a solution must be found for the rest of the world: cheap and healthy food.
Hundreds of years in Eastern Europe, peasants ate only boiled potatoes, cabbage, beans and polenta. And they survived and even some of them reach up to 98 years.

This is because, potatoes, beans, cabbage and polenta made by corn flour is very healthy.
